The Eleventh of September

A memorial by Tape Art

Five hundred tape drawings across New York City

The Eleventh of September is a 9/11 memorial. Tape Art created 500 life-size tape drawings across New York City, arranged in four hearts. Each drawing is dedicated to one person killed on September 11, 2001, and counts others so that every victim is represented. Search for a name, or select a heart on the map to browse its locations.
